Step 1: Supply power and measure power to the circuit.

Step 2: Enter password or scan card.

Step 3: If correct, then the servo motor is open.
Step 4: If incorrect, then the buzzer is active.
Step 6: After entering the correct password, the program will display a '*' character for
the user to change the password if desired.
Step 7: Enter the new password, the system will save the user's new password.
