1) The training process that the organization, Apex is following is an exceptionally old and

traditional strategy, despite the fact that it is has its own advantages, there are more
disadvantages which can't help in improving employees' performance, the representative
doesn't have a reasonable thought regarding the activity depiction. The training technique that is
being utilized was the equivalent for all the individuals is extremely traditional and
requires a temporary, wherein every part is given particular training relying on the sort of
occupation. This is one of the significant reasons why various individuals from the association do
things their own particular manner. The training process at APX incorporates the accompanying:

a) Obsolete training process

b) Training program does not offer any special expertise.

c) Professional practices are not followed.

1. As we studied in training employees should give proper training. If employer fails to give proper
training to employees than he may find difficulties to get profit in company.

In APEX training is given to employees but training process is not proper, Company used to train
its employees on the basis of overlap period and if it’s not possible than another employee used
to trained new employee. In this case new employee would not get properly and the work of the
other employees might not complete the job.

2. The meaning of job description is to assign the suitable job to suitable employee i.e., if a
person is of technical line than he must give work related to technical side not any finance work.

The APEX follows such working pattern in the company where employees would not give any
specific job description they used to work on their own. If the employees given the job
description, then they have clear idea about their job that what they have to do in the
organization, and it will help to train the new employee as one particular employee will be
provided to train such employee.
3. APEX Company should apply on the job training to the new employees. On the job training
(OJT) means having a person learn a job by actually doing it. Every employee, from mailroom
clerk to company president, gets on-the-job training when he or she joins a firm.

In this case, we suggest applying on-the- job training as new entrant will get the exact idea about
the work and about the organization’s environment as experienced person or senior employee
will train the new employee.

Company should focus on employees’ proper training.

Refresher’s Training must be given on the basis of on-the-job training so that they can get the proper
knowledge about the organization’s environment and their work.
