The type of hierarchy dominates, since within the company, there are
different positions and there are people in charge of carrying out the
activities

b. What advantages do you note from the type of structure you identified?

there is a better order, there is no misplacement, doubts are resolved

c. What disadvantages do you identify from that kind of structure?

Well, adapt to new needs, work the way the area manager asks you to, little
margin for failure.

d. How could these disadvantages affect your project?

Well, in a disgusting way, and this depends on the person who is working,
but not everyone would feel that, heavier work

e. What measures or actions would you have to implement to mitigate these


disadvantages?

As a conclusion, I can say that the organizational structure is the way in which the
functions and responsibilities that each member that is part of a company must fulfill to
achieve the proposed objectives are distributed, and that a well-planned organizational
structure serves to give direction to the different areas that make up the company towards
the same goals
