1. Think of the logos of 2 products or brands (cars, fast food, or


companies).
2. Provide a description of the font and colors used in the logos.

AMAZON
Well, the Amazon font is focused on a more conceptual approach, the
Amazon typography is a solid and bold font, which presents a good
balance between casual and professionalism. The black, white and
orange color palette was chosen with the intention of evoking a feeling of
dependability, happiness and energy.

COCA COLA
The Spencerian Script font and curvy edges evoke a feeling of warmth
and playfulness. Additionally, the logo is designed to represent the brand
in a universally recognizable way. In addition, the logo is a symbol of the
brand worldwide.

3. Analyze the logos and answer the following questions: Has the logo
changed over the years? Was the change simple or complex? What
benefits of changing or not changing do you think the company can
experience? What change would you recommend? What are the
companies trying to transmit through the logo?

AMAZON
Currently the Amazon logo of the arrow-shaped smile is recognized
throughout the world. But to get there, the company's visual identity has
changed up to six times. Over the years, the Amazon logo has become
much more than a visual identity. The company has been growing and
evolving to become one of the largest in the world and its logo has been
its letter of introduction. By not changing the symbol, I think that as a
client you would no longer have taken it as important as it is today
because the logo remains in the past, then it would have been a boring
and not updated brand, as a recommendation I think I would make. that
will change the white color to a more diamond color, and through its
achievement Amazon emits with the arrow that appears below the sign,
Amazon wants to transmit the happiness that, according to them, their
customers can feel after purchasing on their website; and pointing to a
and z shows us that, on its platform, we can find everything: from a to z.
COCA-COLA
What many people do not know is that the logo has international
versions that adapt to alphabets around the world, such as Arabic,
Hindu, Cyrillic, Hebrew, Chinese or Japanese, to name a few. These
versions are always accompanied by the original logo, usually on
opposite sides of the packaging, but it is something that surprises us
when we travel to other countries and find Coca-Cola cans and bottles
with these striking logos, the change is a risky move since that the image
of a brand is one of the most important business assets, and some
benefits it brought were that they had to change the type of font for each
country so that they felt identified, the Coca Cola logo Inspire moments
of optimism and happiness, Create value and make a difference.
