Madam:

Greetings in the most compassionate name of Jesus!

So much has changed in a short period of time – the world around us, our
neighborhoods, gathering spaces, the places we work and call home. Life in the midst
of COVID-19 has sparked fear, frustration and anxiety all around. It is easy for
distractions, criticism and stress to creep in and there will be an appropriate time to
debrief, to look carefully at all aspects of this pandemic, to learn and rethink our
approaches. But now, more than ever, we must focus all of our energy on defeating
this pandemic and the challenges associated with it.

Despite this, learning must go on. Internships are an excellent way to translate your
classroom learning into the real world. So, in our aspiration to prepare our students in
the subsequent stage that they will be threading in their choice of profession, we have
scheduled the online practicum or virtual On the Job Training of our students in the
campus particularly in the Basic Education Department. Our student teachers are
staying at home while being monitored by their respective cooperating teachers, the
school principal, and the undersigned in their daily teaching via virtual classrooms
(Zoom, Viber, and or Google Classroom).

Attached are the list of the student teachers with their respective cooperating teachers
and the mechanics and guidelines on the delivery of experiential learning courses.

Thank you and may the good Lord almighty bless us all.

Sincerely,

MARK ANTHONY B. AQUINO
