Process Delivery of PLPG Cylinders from U.Aygaz Anwara Plant
Sl No Process Details
1 Daily total delivery/filling qty (in MT) of PLPG Cylinders will be entry as Bulk LPG Sales from Ualpg Anwara Plant. .
2 Bulk SO/DC will be crated by L&D team. DO will be update by Accounts team.
3 Price for Bulk Sales to Petromax LPG Ltd as customer will updated as per Agreement Price Modality.

Process Delivery to U.Aygaz Distributors from PLPG PLANT (Dhaka)

Sl No Process Details
1 All New Cylinders, Cap, Sleeve will be receive at UALPG Anwara Plant (Plant Code: 001) and then transfer to PLPG (Toll) Plant (Plant: 31).
2 All Empty Cylinders will also be receive at PLPG (Toll) Plant.
3 For Bulk LPG at PLPG (Toll) Plant, SCM team will raise a PO and GR of 100 MT (Price will be as per agreement) on 01st day of month.
4 Production/ Operation team will do the Batch run in PLPG (toll) Plant using the inventory of PLPG (Toll) plant's storage location.
5 L&D team will do the SO/DC in the system from PLPG (Toll) Plant (Plant: 31, Sloc: 41)
6 SCM team will confirm a daily PO/GR for Bulk LPG based on pervious day total delivery qty from PLGP (Toll) plant to UALPG distributors.
The Bulk Inventory will be montirored on daily basis. After 27th of each month, the balance Bulk LPG and FG inventory will be chekced at
7 PLPG (Toll) Plant (Plant: 31, Locations : 41, 44) and PO will be raised for the required qty only. The main objective will be "0" bulk LPG at
PLPG (Toll) Plant (Plant: 31) at the last day of the month.
