THE IMPORTANCE OF
GRAPHING YOUR
PROJECTS

A project is a major result that requires the completion of a series of

many smaller jobs.
Perhaps the most powerful tool you can use to maximize its
effectiveness
The achievement is a checklist consisting of a written series of steps,
in chronological order, that you create.
before starting work.
Your ability to clearly define and determine the steps you will need
to take from where you are today to successfully completing a project
is a sign of higher-order thinking.

The rule, once again, is that every minute spent planning and creating
checklists will save you ten minutes in execution.
and do the work.
Think that it can significantly increase its effectiveness. and its
production, and the final value for your business.
Using a PERT chart (which stands for Program Review and
Evaluation Technique) graphically expose all the steps they must
follow and when they must complete each one to achieve the final
objective. This technique is used by the most efficient and effective
companies and executives world.
A PERT chart allows you to see a variety of shapes. to accomplish
the task more efficiently.
