Ladies and gentlemen, esteemed educators, and dear colleagues, a pleasant day to each and every one of
you. We gather here today for a significant and enlightening occasion, the In-Service Training (INSET) on
"Managing Gender Sensitivity in Facilitating Effective and Efficient Teaching Learning Activities for
Learners." I am Ruel, and I am honored to be your emcee for this part of our program. Joining me is my co-
emcee, Mam Janine.
