Dear Parents,

Please find below the timetable for the 2nd Term Assessment of Grade 9. There will be
no regular online classes on these days. Kindly make a note of the following regarding
the online Assessments:

1. The student will write the tests under your supervision, hence we solicit your
cooperation in this respect so that your child follows the Academic Honesty
guidelines of the school.

2. Kindly ensure that your child has functional laptop/PC and an uninterrupted
internet connection.

3. The Google Classroom link shall be made visible 10 minutes before the
starting time. Duration of the paper is mentioned below.

4. The child must join on time and keep the camera on so that there is webcam
for continuous surveillance by teachers.

5. The scanned answer scripts should be uploaded in the classroom within 15

minutes of completion of the assessment.
