1. Form a group of five students.
2. The group members shall identify five business establishments of their choice. Each
should have a different nature of business (i.e. milk tea shop, salon, and school
supplies store).
3. The group shall search the history and background of the business establishments
and determine how those businesses identify customer needs.
4. Present your output in the table provided.
5. A whole class period may be needed for this activity.
