My preferred pre-med program out of the two universities would be University of Britis
h Columbia for the Bachelor of Pharmaceutical Sciences. I would choose UBC because
UBC has a med school. Med schools tend to accept the students from their own universi
ty, so I would have a higher chance of being accepted into UBC’s med school after my
bachelor’s degree.

To become a biomedical engineer, I would choose UBC because UBC’s co-op program i
s well developed, which would help me find a job after my bachelor’s degree. Also, UB
C is considered a prestigious university and it’s name value would help me find a job n
ot just in BC but across Canada.
