    SUBJECT : AUTHORIZING THE CONDUCT OF A LEVELLING-OFF WITH


    FINANCIAL STATEMENT PREPARERS IN PREPARATION OF 2ND
    QUARTER SUBMISSION OF THE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

    In the interest of the service and to ensure the timely compliance of the requirement of
    the Government Accounting Manual (GAM) for National Government Agencies where Regional
    Offices are required to submit to the Central Office the Regional Consolidated Financial
    Statements on or before the 10th day following the end of the Quarter, authority is hereby granted
    to conduct a levelling-off with financial statement preparers to be held on on June 15-16, 2023 at
    Cebu City to be attended and participated by:

    It is understood that all expenses relative to the conduct of this activity shall be charged
    against Regional Office allotment while traveling expenses of the participants shall be charged
    against their respective offices, subject to the usual accounting auditing rules and regulations.

    This Regional Office Special Order takes effect on the dates as specified.
