Deemed Energy

The amount payable by the Purchaser to the Seller on account of Deemed Energy shall be calculated on the
following basis:

Deemed Energy ( kWh )=Expected Energy ( kWh ) −Metered Energy(kWh )

 Metered Energy ( kWh) is an amount of solar power energy generated by the System in a given
Relief Event
 P( kWp) is the peak capacity of the solar power plant expressed in kilowatts

 Irr POA ( kWh/m2) is the measured Irradiation at the plane of array

 PR monthly is the monthly reference performance ratio, such that
