Important Advices:
 Freshly applied BAYCOSEAL-1K, should be
protected against rain, direct sunlight and frost.
After 3 hours from application, the material
becomes resistant to rain.
 Avoid ponding during application and hardening.
 Coarse-pored surfaces cause high consumptions.
 Lower temperatures extend, higher temperatures
reduce curing times.

Health and Safety:

BAYCOSEAL-1K cement based and reacts alkaline with
moisture. Therefore:
 Protect skin and eyes.
 In case of eye or skin irritation wash thoroughly
with clean cool water.
 Wear safety gloves.
 In case of eye contact seek medical treatment
immediately.
