Scope of Work

1. Install New HVAC system to new layout

2. Tie in new chilled water connection to existing chilled water line

3. Tie in new compressor, domestic water to existing line

4. tie in new waste line to existing drain

5. install new duct & accessories, placement AHU on mezzanine

6. Provide new panel AHU, tie in new cable connection to new LV

7. Install new HMI for room monitoring & start stop AHU in mezzanine

8. Test & Comm & air balancing/validation

9. Tender preparation : BoQ, specification,

10. Miscellaneous : site survey, tender document, tender meeting
