QA Engineer

you. We have vacancies for a highly motivated Quality Assurance Engineers to manage and
oversee all aspects of automated / manual product testing for GLC’s infrastructure.

This role will be responsible for defining strategy and process, training staff in the automation
technologies used and primary oversight of all CI/CD processes as well as manual testing. This
individual will be responsible for all automated testing and is expected to be highly engaged
with technology. The role will establish and maintain standards of excellence and will ensure
compliance.

Job Requirements
You are diligent in identifying and reporting bugs.

You have an eye for observing meticulous details of the system.

You are self-motivated and do not shy away from learning new skills on the go.

You are passionate about breaking things just to make them better.

You are experienced breaking down user stories and writing acceptance criteria.

You can work with developers to perform root cause analysis and debug strenuous bugs.

You are happy to assist with reproduction and coordination of support incidents.

You have prior experience working with remote teams and possess great verbal and written
communication skills.

You have experience managing product releases with top notch quality.

Job Qualifications
BS or MS in Computer Science or related discipline.

Preferably 2 – 5 years of experience.

Experience debugging/testing various web and mobile development technologies, including

Java, Spring, REST, IOS Apps.

Proven experience / understanding of various software development tools, JIRA, Confluence,

Jenkins, SVN, Docker, Cucumber.

Experience with Test Case management tools like Zephyr, Qase, Testrail etc.

Designing and executing test plans.

Deep understanding of SDLC/STLC.

Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum methodology.

Experience in testing Web interfaces, REST API and SOAP using tools like Postman and
Swagger.

Understanding of HTTP (S), JSON, XML.

Experience writing SQL queries and database skills.

Proven expertise in testing frameworks and tools, JMeter, Selenium WebDriver, PyCharm,
Appium, RestAssured, Selenoid, TestNG.

Proven experience with Linux.

Experience with networking, security, routing, firewalls, VPN and packet sniffing is a plus.
