MR. Right

Dear Mr. Right,

I write in behalf of my client, Dr.Wrong, in connection to the termination of your

appointment as Manager/Administrator of her Clinic which is operating under the name
and style of Right or Wrong Clinic.

It can be recalled that Dr. Wrong executed an affidavit appointing you as her
representative hence you are duty bound to perform tasks and functions under her direct
control and supervision.

However, as narrated by my client, you had performed functions and executed

policies and decisions without her prior knowledge and express authority. You have
terminated her trusted personnel and hired new ones without her consent. Such acts
cannot be countenanced as such do not conform to sound medical practice. It cannot be
more than reiterated that a Wright or Wrong Clinic is not a business. It is a practice of
profession and such practice pertains only to the license holder and none other, even her
spouse.

Henceforth, upon the receipt of this letter, you are instructed to refrain from
operating her clinic. The practice of profession do not allow investors to profit from
professional practice of any licensed professional.

Very truly yours,

Atty. Maybe Not
