Critical Risk Awareness

We value your safety and therefore require you to comply with the
following rules at all times:

Work at Height – Always apply 100% tie-off when in a fall risk

situation and secure all objects with the potential to fall.

Lifting Operations – Always lift loads in a safe manner and never walk
under a suspended load.

Mobile Equipment – Only operate equipment if you are competent

and authorised to do so and use equipment as per its intended
purpose.

Isolation – Always isolate all energy sources and verify isolation prior
to work on equipment.

Confined Spaces – Always follow Permit requirements and obtain

authorisation before entering a confined space.

Electrical Work – Only work on or near energised electrical equipment

if you are trained, qualified and authorised to do so.

Excavations – Always obtain authorisation before starting excavation

activities and only enter an excavation if you have confirmed it is safe
to do so.

Hazardous Materials – Always wear required Personal Protective

Equipment when handling hazardous materials.

Driving – Always wear a seat belt in a moving vehicle and never use
your phone or other mobile devices while driving.
