Issue 1 Getting the error "Value can't be interpreted as floating-point number"

during migration.
• Or Getting the overflow error during data validation.
• Or Not able to upload zero value for example lower specification limit.
Solution

1. Run the transaction LTMOM and make sure that you are in change mode.

2. Enter the migration object name like it is shown below, then click "Source Structures" and add fields listed in
the table below.

3. Click "Field Mapping" and search for "Lower Specification Limit" as example, double click and remove the
rule.
4. Remap to the new field with from the left column drag and drop field to the right column

5. Repeat the same step from 3 to 4 for the other fields.

6. Save the changes and regenerate the object.

7. Download a new template and you will see the new fields, please fill the value for new fields, don’t’ fill the
value for old fields.

Issue 2 The indicator field for "Measured Values Must Be Recorded" was not
updated in target system even the value was given in the migration template.
Solution

1. Run the transaction LTMOM and make sure that you are in change mode.

2. Click "Field Mapping" and search for "Measured Values Must Be Recorded" and from the left column drag
and drop field " Measured Values Must Be Recorded " to the right column

3. Save the changes and regenerate the object.


Issue 3 Target field "Catalog Type 2" was wrong mapped to the source field
"Catalog Type"
Solution

1. Run the transaction LTMOM and make sure that you are in change mode.

2. Click "Field Mapping" and search for " Catalog Type of Assigned Code Group or Selected Set”, double click
and delete.

3. Remap to the field with from the left column drag and drop field to the right column

Save the changes and regenerate the object.
