○ FLOORMAN Responsibilities:

▪ Be safety minded during in all works and behaviours, use PPE and
ensure the same for Team Members.

▪ Keeping Rig Floor clean & tidy,also assisting Driller during RIH and
POOH.

▪ Maintenance of Mud-Pumps under the supervision of Derrick-man.

▪ Apply all relevant work and safety procedures issued by the company
policy and HSE.

▪ Daily greasing of Manual Tongs and SSW,weekly greasing of Crown

Block Sheaves and Changing Manual Tong Dies and Jaws when
required.

▪ Maintain working areas, tools, equipment and safety harnesses in a

safe, clean, tidy and orderly manner.

▪ Assists the Derrick man on the Mud-Tanks,Maintain Mud Pumps and

mixing of Chemicals when required.
 ▪ Support the Derrickman and Assistant Driller during BOP Nipple Up
and Nipple down,executing manual works as required.

○ SKILLS:

● Ability of building a strong HSE culture in sub-contractors.

● Lead and support in incident investigations and HSE audits.
● Excellent in speaking and writing communication skills(Comfortable
speaking in public forums)
● Comprehensive understanding of HSE management systems and
processes. Ability to determine root cause of problems and develop
resolution.
