If schools had no policies on students tardiness and absences,

possibly improper ways of learning may brought impact between
learners and teachers, late learning will lead to failure and low
accountability to pass. Besides school can obtain bad records
among others who implemented good
quality education and well-disciplined behavior. Rules should be
implemented since educators reputation may affect if he/she didn't
manage it.

This is not good as it will disrupt the energy flow in the
classroom. Every time a new student walks in it puts learning
behind significantly. The teacher will have to start and stop
many times which for some may be confusing.

 Policies are important because they assist a school in establishing
operating procedures, creating quality standards for learning and
teaching, and establishing expectations and accountability. Without
these, schools would lack the structure and function required to meet
students' educational needs.

If schools do not have delays and absenteeism policies, it can have a

huge impact on students in a school, because being absent from class
it can affect the knowledge that students can acquire. .the rules
should only be enforced in a school as it may affect the reputation
of the educators if he or she does not manage them correctly

Students that are late are disengaged from school, which can lead to
behavioral issues and dropouts. Students who are late to school on a
regular basis are more likely to be fired from their jobs. Students
who are late have an adverse effect on their teachers and classmates.

 The school policies is The biggest grip of students and teachers
because it helps running properly are what will be done for the
order of all, Without them, schools will fall short of the duty
required for development and structure of schools
