1. What are the key challenges facing by the IT professionals?

Security threats are one of the biggest IT challenges to the digital transformation of your business. With
remote employees accessing business data via the internet, the chances of cyberattacks have increased.
According to GetApp’s 2021 Data Security survey, 48% of businesses say insufficient remote work
security is one of the top three security vulnerabilities they are currently facing.

Adopting a new or emerging technology in a hybrid work environment, your business relies heavily on
technology, from allocating work to delivering projects. The challenge here is that technology is
advancing at a breakneck pace, and technology solutions quickly become obsolete. This leaves little
room to drive optimum benefits from an adopted technology. The challenge is further compounded by
the recurring costs of updating existing technology tools, purchasing new tools, and training employees
on the new features.

2. What do you think is the best IT jobs that is perfectly fit for you? Explain your answer.

Mobile application development because it is the one of the world's fastest growing occupations. I have
skills in computer to create application and developing and this is my passion. And I want to upgrade
smart phones and tablets to continue to change the way we communicate, do business, and access
news & entertainment using applications, the demand for new and innovative mobile apps is growing at
an incredible speed.

3. What do you think will the best IT jobs in the future?

The best job IT is IT Security Specialist because Security will remain a top concern for IT executives and
hiring managers as the frequency, scope, and complexity of cyber attacks continues to escalate. This
indicates an incredible opportunity for technology professionals to advance their cyber security skills
and certifications. Computer security skills in the greatest demand include IT operations security, secure
web and mobile application development, risk management, information assurance, network security,
and cloud security.
