We are looking for a result-driven and experienced Senior Legal Counsel specialized in Labour Law
matters to join our team. You will be empowered, trusted, and challenged to explore your own path. We

The ideal candidate hired into this position should have the following competencies and experience:
- Faculty of Law diploma
- 5 years of experience in international companies, preferably in a commercial entity or IT sector
- Excellent English fluency
- Assertiveness and orientation towards results

Key responsibilities:
- Assist and advise on all aspects of employment law and employee relation issues
- Understanding and advising on all features of all types of employment contracts and employment
relations
- Supporting HR business partners
- Assistance to employees with labour law matters
- Making decisions based on risk assessment and evaluation
