What Interlocks Are in The Circuit That Allows The Solenoids To Get

The only safety switches that keep the solenoids from working is the seat switches, seat belt ,
and the parking brake switch. They work a relay in the electrical panel.
Customer:
I can't get back to the machine untill tomorrow evening, I'll check for a switch on the parking
brake.

physical relay in the circuit. It appears that it is a output of the PCM circuit board. It's all solid
state

New Holland just can't leave well enough alone. I can't pull up LS565 or SX565.?? Is model
correct? Its not the older Lx565?
Customer:
There are only four relay in the electrical panel, two are heavy duty starting , one is for the diesel
start . the other is ignition power . they've all been checked. It's a LX565
curtis b :
Isn't there a light for the parking brake? If it has a light that goes out when the brake is released,
the switch must be working.
curtis b :
Same with seat belt switch. Doesn't it turn light off when it is engaged?
curtis b :
That is the only switchs on the unit that affect the solenoids. The only other thing would be the
wiring harness. damaged or a connection not making contact.
Customer:
The seat belt switch doesn't turn a light on or off, the parking brake does. I purchased a online
service manual with wiring diagrams, the seat belt circuit sends the 12V + to the RUN/SERVICE
switch and then to the PCM circuit board pin 11, which then enables the hydraulic solenoids to
operate. The Run/Service switch is a multi pole two throw switch, the section of the switch which
sends the 12 v + to the PCM circuit board was defective. I replaced the switch and all is working
well . When in the Run position the swich allows 12V +, from the safety belt to the PCM and then
activates the solenoids. In the Service position it doesn't allow the solenoids to activate. I don't
feel your suggestions were much help, it wasn't wiring harness or connections, or the parking
brake involvement.
