interests or skills]. In my free time, I enjoy [Your hobbies or fun activities] and I always love trying
new things.

I feel fortunate to have the opportunity to work alongside such an esteemed group of individuals
and I look forward to getting to know each and every one of you. Please don't hesitate to reach
out, introduce yourself, or share any tips or insights you may have as I settle into my new role.

3. What did you like about the response that AI generated for you? Be specific.

I like that it gives suggestions about what to write or provides a general outline. As a result, I was
able to generate my own ideas and therefore boosted my creativity.

4. What would you keep from the response AI generated, and what would you omit? Why?

I would omit the second sentence from the first paragraph and the second paragraph since they
discuss personal information that I would not feel comfortable sharing. In regards to the rest, I
would keep them as they are relevant to the content I am presenting.

5. What would add to the email AI generated for you?

I would mention my role and the department I work in.

6. Overall, what do you think are the advantages of using AI to generate an email like this and what
do you think are the drawbacks?

It is easier to construct an email without having to spend time and energy writing from scratch. It
might, however, result in a lack of context and originality without human intervention.
