1. Who is the author or sponsor of the site? What are the person's or sponsor's credentials?

The author of the first article is Kyle Peterdy and reviewed by Noah Miller. Kyle received
his MBA from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, BC and his Bachelor of
Education from McGill University in Montreal, QC. Prior to joining CFI, Kyle Peterdy
worked both in financial services and in education. Most recently he spent six years with
RBC managing Canadian-based commercial borrowers across a variety of sectors
including technology, retail & hospitality, and manufacturing & wholesale.

The second article’s author is Sandra Mathis and edited by Craig Stedman. With over 15
years of customer experience, and consumer and customer insights experience, Sandy is
a Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP) and serves as the Atlanta network
leader of CXPA. Sandy holds a BBA in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin --
Whitewater, an MBA from Pfeiffer University, and completed the General Assembly's
User Experience Design Circuit.

2. Is the information on the site current? How do you know? Is the currency of the information
relevant?

They are up to date because the first article was published on June 30, 2022 and last
updated on June 6, 2023, while the second article was updated in March 2023 and are
available on the page. When using a source as a research tool, checking the article's date
might help you determine whether the content is still accurate and timely.

3. Does the website provide any evidence for the information it provides? How do you know
this?

In order to back up its statements and encourage more reading, it included references
such as videos between paragraphs, extra materials, and article sources at the end.

4. Overall, based on all of the ACCPAQ criteria, is the information on the site reliable? Explain.

Due to its compliance with all requirements, it is dependable. The websites are well-
organized and advisable, the author's name and credentials are present in the website,
they are current and updated, the themes are broad with examples such as videos to
make them easier to understand, the content is helpful and unbiased that they even give
some pros and cons, and they supplied supplementary resources to back up their
statements and for further reading.
