Abstract Submission Eligibility Policies and Regulations

To be eligible to submit an abstract you must meet the following:
1) Registered full-time student at a Canadian University/Institution
2) Submitted abstracts must be based on the work students are performing during their
current degree.
3) All students who submit an abstract and are awarded the opportunity to present a podium
or poster at the conference must present their own work. If you cannot attend the
conference to present your abstract, then you will forfeit your spot to present, and we will
fill this spot with the next available student
4) Students who offered a podium or poster presentation are to register and be available to
present at any time during of the conference. The organizing committee will assign your
date and time of presentation before the conference.

IMPORTANT
1. Abstract submissions, including all diagrams or images, must be on ONE (1) PAGE
2. PDF file format only
3. File name must be LASTNAME_FIRSTNAME_2023
4. Students may submit only ONE time. Ensure your final version is double checked, we
will take the first submission of each student.

Abstracts not meeting the above criteria will not be accepted
