1. Description
- Turbo charged high rated diesel engines, operated with high exhaust gas temperatures
approx 400 ~ 700°C depending on the actual load factor.

- At approx. 600 ~ 700°C, the complete exhaust manifold and turbine housing will be red.
However “RED TURBO CHARGER with EX. MANIFOLD is NORMAL”, and there is no
reason to worry about the engine reliability.

2. Compensation formulas for local ambient conditions

- Exhaust gas temperature + ((ambient temperature °C -25°C) X 2.5)

3. Example
-RED color of Turbo chargers & Exhaust Manifold
is NORMAL.

-Depends on the engine operating ambient

temperature or load factor, engine turbo chargers
appears to be RED.
