We wish to thank you for the opportunity extended to submit a proposal for the transformer augmentation
project at your factory. Herewith we are sending our commercial proposal for Supply, Installation ,Testing
and Commissioning of a HT metered Transformer installation.
With our experience of more than 250 MVA of power connected by us to the Grid, you can be assured of
diligence, expertise and a thorough commissioning experience with Hayleys Fentons. The equipment will be
supplied and installed by FENTONS LIMITED according to international codes and standards.The
organization is synonymous with quality and reliability, having served in the industry for nearly 100 years.
Our engineering and technical team comprises of 28 BSc engineers responsible for the design, installation and
maintenance of our all our sites. We are one of the few companies with EM1 certification and with in-house
expertise in transformer installation, HT Protection and commissioning .Our HT project portfolio comprises of
Transformer , Switch gear and RMU installations and we specialize in generation protection adhering to the
Grid code of Sri Lanka .Kurundu Oya -6.5MVA , Magalganga -3MVA ,Gomaluoya- 1.6MVA, Naya Ganga -
4MVA ,Maduru Oya - 2.5MVA ,Coca Cola – 2MWp, Colombo Ice Company -1MW, CBL -1MW, Fantasia -
1MW, Swisstek - 1.4MW, MAS Shadowline -1MW, Laugfs Holding -1MW, to name a few with many more
ongoing projects.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 Payment Terms: 80% with firm confirmation of the order, 10% material at site, 10 % balance on
testing and commissioning.

 Delivery : Within 15 - 20 weeks from the date of receipt of your Purchase Order,
Advance payment and clarification of all outstanding technical / commercial
points and approval of drawings whichever is later.

 Warranty : Applicable components – 12 months from the date of installation.

 Parity rate : Parity rate is considered to be LKR 367 per USD. The offer will be readjusted
based on the transacted rate (rate which a dollar can be purchased at prevailing at the time of the
import of Materials/Equipment.
