AMLAW & TAX Recruitment – Legal Intern

About Us:
We are AMLAW & TAX, an Indonesian legal and tax firm, having its office at Jalan Prof. DR.
Satrio No. 289, Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan, DKI Jakarta, and we are looking for Legal Intern to
join our firm.

Responsibilities:
• To assist Associates and Partners in handling clients and projects;
• To conduct legal research;
• To translate legal documents;
• To update on corporate and business law;
• To draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of contracts and other legal
documents;
• To prepare legal advise to clients in accordance with applicable laws in Indonesia;
• To assist legal administrative filing;
• To liaise and work effectively with team members; and
• To assist general administrative and secretary work.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor in Law from reputable university in Indonesia with minimum GPA of
3.00 (scale 4.00), experienced in Law Firm is preferred
• Available for Full-Time for min. 3 months
• Fluent in both written and oral English
• Attention to detail and meticulous
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• Have good logical and analytical thinking
• Ability to work in a team and in a tight deadline
• Ability to work under pressure and manage numerous projects simultaneously
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized
• Responsible and willing to go extra miles
• Active in organizational activities
• Fast learner and agile
• Resilient
