CERTIFICATE OF PRODUCTION OF ELECTRONIC EVIDENCE

I, Benedict Makau of P.O BOX 169 Kitui, a freelance photographer, do hereby certify the following:

1. On the 7TH August of 2023, I utilized my Camera with the make CANON REBEL T2i and
Serial Number CANON DS126271. To take photographs from the homestead of David
Ng’ang’a Kungu. The camera was in impeccable working condition at that time.
2. Subsequently, I downloaded the photographic images from the aforementioned camera to my
laptop, an HP Elitebook 820 with Serial Number 5CE0467DIG. The laptop was in flawless
working condition during the data transfer process.
3. I affirm that the photographic images retrieved from the camera were not subject to any form
of tampering or editing. They accurately represent the visual content captured at the
homestead of David Ng’ang’a Kungu.
4. Furthermore, I wish to attest that the laptop, utilized for the purpose of storing and managing
the photographic images, remained in optimal working order throughout the process.
5. After the data transfer, I employed a printer with the make CANON PIXMA G620 MEGA
TANK and Serial Number ADUM3453538 to generate photographic prints. The printer
was fully functional and exhibited no anomalies during this procedure.
6. I explicitly affirm that the photographic prints, generated through the printer, have not
undergone any retouching, modification, or interference throughout their preparation. They
accurately represent the original images captured.
