07 August 2023 Dear Greetings! ‘The Regional Council of Personnel Officers (RCPO) is set to hold the annual assembly of human resource management practitioners in Region IX through the Regional Convention of Human Resource Management Practitioners (HRMP) on 23-25 August 2023 at Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay. The CPO Zamboanga Sibugay Chapter shall host this year’s assembly with the theme, “Honing Agile and Future Ready Human Resource Management Practitioners in a Digital World,” highlighting the resilience of public workers following the pandemic and the significant role played by human resource management practitioners in the transition to the new normal and in maintaining a workforce of high performing, competent and credible civil servants amidst various challenges. Expecting approximately two-hundred (200) HRMPs from different parts of the region, sessions in such areas as Digitization and Mental Health are among those slated to give relevance and significance to this year's Assembly. We have extended our invitation to no less than the Honorable Chairperson of the Civil Service Commission (CSC), Atty. Karlo Alexei B. Nograles, as our Guest of Honor on the first, day of the Assembly. ‘The events and activities we have lined up for the annual Assembly hope to put emphasis the fact that human resources remain to be the most valuable resource in any organization. We are therefore extending this invitation to your good self and for you to likewise allow the HRMPs in that organization to attend and participate in this worthwhile undertaking.All others interested to join the Assembly are likewise most welcome to participate. A minimal registration fee of six thousand (P6,000.00) shall be charged each participant to cover necessary expenses.
