We, the 4th year BSED Mathematics students, are enrolled in RES A-
Research in Mathematics and presently writing our research study entitled
“Impact of Senior High School Track and Strand on the Academic
Performance of BSED Mathematics Major Students”.

In line with this, we would like to ask for your participation as our
respondents of this study. The purpose of this survey questionnaire is to
identify the Senior High School Track and Strand of the respondents, as well
as to evaluate the impact of Senior High School Track and Strand on the
academic performance of the respondents.

Your honest and thoughtful responses to this survey form will help
provide valuable insights to the results of our study. Please answer each
question to the best of your ability, and rest assured that your answers will be

III. Curriculum Alignment

School are useful that allow me for a seamless

since my college subjects are highly related to the
strand I have taken in Senior High School.

students before entering college, and it really
equipped me on my chosen college course today.
4. Topics in Mathematics during Senior High

enables me to understand the more complex
topics of Mathematics in my present college
course.

5. The integration of practical projects and real-


world applications in my Senior High School track
prepared me well for the hands-on approach and
industry relevant to my college course.

6. Some subject areas covered in my current


curriculum are not fully integrated into my
curriculum during Senior High School.

7. I was able to catch up to the evaluation that our


course has in college due to a resemblance in
how each of our subjects in Senior High School
were assessed.

8. My course did not require a lot of what I learned

curriculum of Senior High School cultivate a sense

course.
