HOW TO BE PATIENT WHEN YOU JUST CAN’T

Ladies and Gentlemen, fellow impatient enthusiasts, today

we’re going to explore the fine art of being patient when you’re
about as patient as a saint
Imagine when you are in a traffic jam and its hot or when you
were gonna be late for school because its traffic, or maybe
when you were waiting in canteen to buy snack, and your
impatience is increasing with every passing second. We’ve been
there, right?
So for today I will give you 2 steps on how to call you inner Zen
Master when you just can’t:
First Count Things: Turn your wait into a game. Count the tiles
on the floor or count you hair. Remember, it's all about
distraction!
Second: The "Zen Sarcasm" approach involves practicing
sarcastic Zen, observing chaos calmly and making Zen-like
comments, such as "I missed you traffic jam, the universe is
testing my inner peace today."
When you don’t have patience anymore, embrace your funny
side and imagine yourself to be the star of a comedy show,
allowing your laughter to flow and fill your waiting experience
with humor
