Table 15 presents the proposed action plan to enhance the locators’ employee

involvement as part of the TQM practices.

The researchers, as part of the contributory aspect of the research, have

proposed an employee engagement plan that may be implemented within the

organization that can help the top management improve the employee engagement in

the organizations’ quality goals and initiatives. This employee engagement

plan comprehensively outlines the strategies for keeping the employees fully engaged.

It identifies the major factors that influence employee engagement by

uncovering employees' pain points and creating personalized initiatives to address

them. According to Pathak (2022), an employee engagement plan is an ideal tool to

make a significant difference on how the organization approaches employee

engagement. It helps convey to employees that the company is committed to

responding to any sort of employee engagement feedback.

An employee engagement plan was proposed by the researchers based on the

findings which out of all the given TQM practices, only the employee involvement got

the verbal interpretation of practiced while the rest are all fully practiced by the locators.

Meanwhile, the proposed areas of improvement was formulated based on the bottom

three (3) statements that got the lowest weighted mean.

The proposed action plan highlights the problems and its potential solutions in

regards with the engagement of employees that will be beneficial to the organization to

fully practiced employee involvement. The objectives of employee engagement plan,

specifically, is to create a high-performing and engaged workforce by implementing

infrastructure and employee engagement strategies that better supports the


organization. The researchers believed that the proposed employee engagement plan

will serve as guide to the organization to better engage their employees in achieving the

company’s quality goals and objectives. For if the employee involvement improves,

thus, also the level of productivity and job efficiency which is vital to long term success

of the organization.
