Respected Sir,

I hope this letter finds you in good health. I am writing to request your understanding and consideration
for my son, Ishmum Zaman Swachcho, who is a student in Class VIII(A), Roll No. 2146, EM-DS, at your
esteemed school.

I regret to inform you that on 17th September 2023, Ishmum was unable to attend school due to a
severe illness. He was diagnosed with viral fever and bronchial asthma. The prescription and medical
reports are attached herewith for your reference. The doctor has advised him to rest and recover at
home until he is fully fit to resume his studies.

Given the seriousness of his health condition and the doctor's recommendation, it was imperative for
Ishmum to be under constant medical supervision and rest at home to prevent any further
complications. As responsible parents, we prioritize his health and well-being, and we trust that you will
understand our decision to keep him at home on that day.

I would like to thank you for your understanding and support in this matter. We look forward to
Ishmum's swift recovery and his return to school at the earliest convenience.
