In consideration of certain activities conducted on weekends and with the current efforts focusing on teaching and learning, schools which may not be able to follow the timeline for the school level election shall elect their SPTA officers on October 14, 2023. 3. The Municipal Federated PTA (MFPTA) Election shall be conducted on October 21, 2023 at a venue to be identified by the district office or offices in case of municipalities with two (2) districts, An advisory on the venue upon recommendation of the PSDSs shall be issued by the division office. 4, A virtual coordination meeting on the conduct of the MFPTA Election to be participated by all PSDSs and district PTA coordinators will be conducted on October 16, 2023 via google meet. ‘Address: Rodso Road, Drgy. The Division PTA Forum shall be held on September 28-29, 2023 at a venue to be announced later. 6. _Itisexpected that a narrative report with photo documentation on the conduct of election will be submitted by the PTA coordinator using the link bit.ly/3PyQ9A1 for school level election and bity/3LysXAz for municipal level within three (3) days after its conduct. 7 The conduct of election and all other PT: itiated or related activities shall be guided by and in accordance with the provisions stipulated in DepEd Order No. 013, s. 2022. 8, Teaching and non-teaching personnel who are involved in the election shall ‘be given Service Credits/Compensatory Overtime Credit (COC) per CSC and DBM Joint Circular No. 2, s. 2004 on the Non-Monetary Remuneration for Overtime Services Rendered shall be given for services rendered during Saturdays and Sundays. 9. Travel expenses of DepEd personnel are chargeable against School MOOE/BPLP/local funds while travel expenses of PTA officers may be charged to available PTA fund while expenses in the conduct of PTA Forum shall be charged to BPLP support funds subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations. 10.
