SUBJECT: REQUEST FOR POSSESSION & MEASURING OF PLOT NO. 163 F-15/2(Jammu &
Kashmir Cooperative Housing Society)
Dear Sir,
I Muhammad Usman bearing CNIC: 37405-5324469-9 can confirm that I had purchased Plot
No.163 on 15/12/2014 from the previous owner. Although till date I have not received the possession nor
any sort of plot measurement of Plot. No. 163, Sector F-15/2 (File No. 30704).
Plot No.163 was transferred in my name via Application No. 005109 dated 15-12-2014 but as
mentioned above I have not received possession of the above plot since 2014, it has been 9 years till date.
I have attempted to acquire possession of the aforementioned plot numerous times in the past from the
relevant society office but have been turned down from possession or any geographical measurement of
the land(plot.163).
I suffer from a disability and require special assistance for which I cannot visit the societies head
office for the possession of my plot for which I have paid all the dues to acquire possession since 2014. I
therefore humbly request you to consider my request and issue a ruling for the possession of plot no.163
at your convenience.
