Recently, we encountered a situation that led to a slight delay in our usual dispersal process. We
understand that this may have caused some concern, and we want to assure you that this was a
unique occurrence that occurred due to a combination of factors.

It came to our attention that your child experienced some difficulty in finding the designated spot for
dismissal and was hesitant to provide necessary information to our security guard. Please be assured
that our dedicated transport in charge was promptly assigned to locate your child and assist her in
rejoining her assigned bus. No bus leaves the school premises until all children are accounted for,
hence the delay that was faced by the student.

We want to emphasize that the delay experienced was a one-time incident and not indicative of our
daily operations. As your child becomes more accustomed to her surroundings and our procedures,
we are confident that such situations will be avoided in the future.
