Q1. Differentiate between the Search Engine Marketing and Search Engine
Optimization. Support your answer by citing appropriate real-life examples. In
other words, you need to actually paste screenshots after typing keywords in
the Google search engine and then pictorially show the difference between SEM
and SEO part.

Answer-The main difference is that Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is focused


on optimizing a website in order to get traffic from organic search results. On the
other hand, the goal of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) is to get traffic and
visibility from both organic and paid search.lets differentiate and elaborate.

SEM:Search Engine Marketing

Search engine marketing (SEM) is a method of promotion and advertising to help


companies' content rank higher among search engine traffic. Like search engine
optimization (SEO), search engine marketing helps companies improve the way
content is ranked by search engines. It offers the most efficient approach for
selling your items and expanding your business because there are millions of
companies competing for the same consumers' attention online.

The new Google Ads brand represents the full range of campaign types available
today, including Search, Display and Video.Google Ads is a product that you can
use to promote your business, help sell products or services, raise awareness, and
increase traffic to your website. Google Ads accounts are managed online, so you
can create and change your ad campaign at any time, including your ad text,
settings, and budget.
SEO:Search Engine Optimization
Search engine optimization (SEO) is the art and science of getting pages to rank
higher in search engines such as Google. Because search is one of the main ways
in which people discover content online, ranking higher in search engines can lead
to an increase in traffic to a website.SEO is crucial because it makes your website
more visible, and that means more traffic and more opportunities to convert
prospects into customers. Check out the SEO tools you can use for optimal
ranking.
