Dear Hiring Manager,

In the past years, I have worked in different companies as it shows in my C.V. in the
fields of customer support services. After I read your advertisement regarding a
Customer care specialist, I am really interested in the possibility of becoming part of
your team. My previous experience has allowed me to develop my skills further, making
me a suitable candidate for this position.
I am hard-working, motivated with high-computer literacy, great abilities to multitask
and learn fast. I am fluent in French, English and Arabic languages and currently studying
German (already in the 3rd level). In my previous job I have managed to have
outstanding performance and within only a few weeks, I started filling in for my
supervisors and I even started teaching new employees our job’s tasks. In addition to
that I am a team player with well-developed networking skills, following strictly work
ethics. I am very attentive to details with strong leadership and positive attitude, ability
to work under pressure and interested in working in a dynamic and multicultural
environment.
