A leader is someone who leads his/her team members or constituents to be at their best work and full potential by

leading by example, inspiring them, and motivating them so that the whole group would function well. To be a
good leader, one must possess these values: Visionary, Witty, Passionate, Compassionate, Charismatic,
Communicative, Persistent, Having Integrity, Daring, and Disciplined.

Visionary (read first the description)


-A leader must always envision the future. He/She is able to plan ahead of time on what would be the solution for
future obstacles and anticipate that everything will not always go as planned. That's why a leader that has good
visions, he/she is able to influence and motivate the members to be at their best just so they can make their
visions into reality.

Witty (read first the description)


-An effective leader with a witty mind can create a positive energy to lighten up the surrounding. He/She is able to
make plans, strategize everything so that everything would go smoothly.

Passionate (read first the description)


-Being passionate is something that you cannot acquire overnight. To be passionate is to find your purpose. A
leader who is passionate is someone that always develops a deep connection with his/her purpose with work and
life.

Compassionate (read first the description)


-Compassionate leaders involve a focus on relationships through careful listening to, understanding, empathising
with and supporting other people, enabling those he/she lead to feel valued, respected and cared for, so they can
reach their potential and do their best work.

Charismatic (read first the description)


-Charismatic leader is someone that balances lightheartedness and productivity. Also, he/she is able to manage
and brings out the best in others with a clear vision.

Communicative (read first the description)


-We all know that communication is key to understanding each other. A communicative leader builds a good
relationship towards his/her constituents by sharing his/her ideas and thoughts and is able to inspire his/her
constituents to share their ideas as well. A team that has good communication is an effective team because they
are able to connect with each other.

Persistent (read first the description)


-To make visions into reality, a leader must be persistent in attaining their goals. He/She is not afraid of all the risks
and hardships that he/she might encounter because he/she believes that taking a risk is better than regretting.
Persistence really pushes everyone forward and goes through tough times.

Having Integrity (read first the description)


-Leaders who have integrity gain trust among his/her constituents. They always go for the truth and stand firm for
what they believe in.

Daring (read first the description)


-A leader is someone who believes that lif is not a road that always goes up. A leader knows that there may be
obstacles and hardship through the process, but he/she is not afraid of it. Instead, he/she believes that this is what
makes the team grow and learn from it.

Disciplined (read first the description)


-Before a leader disciplines his/her constituents, he/she must discipline his/herself first. A disciplined leader knows
how to manage not only his time but his members as well. Also, a leader knows what needs to be focused on.
