I hereby certify that the funds on deposit with NinjaTrader are proprietary funds of mine and do not represent the interests of any pools,
individuals or companies. No person or entity has any interest in the Account or Sub-Account(s) to which the signed Customer Agreement
pertains to other than me. Therefore, the funds I will be investing are solely my own.

I do not hold myself out as engaging in the business of investing capital contributions from other participants in the commodity futures
markets. Should I propose to engage in such activity at a later date, I will notify NinjaTrader of such change.
