This is a “UNIVERSAL” CHILD RESTRAINT. It is approved to Regulation No 44, 04 series of amendments (Ne E8-44R-049564) , for general use in vehicles and it will fit most, but not all, car seats. 2. Acorrect fit is likely if the vehicle manufacturer has declared in the vehicle handbook that the vehicle is capable of accepting a “universal” child restraint for these age groups. 3. This child restraint has been classified as “universal” under more stringent conditions than those which applied to earlier designs which do not carry this notice. Ifin doubt, consult either the child restraint manufacturer or the retailer. NOTICE using as ISOFIX child restraint, GROUP 0+ 1, This is an ISOFIX child restraint. It is approved to Regulation No 44, 04 series of amendments(Ne E8-44R-049564) , for general use in vehicles fitted with ISOFIX anchor- ages systems. 2. It will fit vehicles with positions approved as ISOFIX positions (as detailed in the vehicle handbook), depending on the category of the child seat and of the fixture. 3, The mass group and the ISOFIX size class for which this device is intended is: GROUP 0+ (0-13 kg), class E. THE CAR SEAT SEAT SAFETY HARNESS (for groups 0+ and |) AND VEHICLE BELTS (for group II) MUST BE PROPERLY ADJUSTED ACCORDING TO CHILD'S HEIGHT, NOT TWISTED AND SNUG WELL AGAINST BABY'S BODY. + CAUTION! THIS CHILD RESTRAINT SHOULD NOT BE MODIFIED OR ADAPTED WITH NEW FITTINGS, WITHOUT PREVIOUS AUTHORIZATION BY THE COMPETENT AUTHORITY. + CAUTION! KEEP AWAY FROM FIRE! + Installation in the vehicle and securing the child in the car seat to be done only by adult! + The hard parts and the parts of the child restraint made of plastic should be located and installed so that when the vehicle is in normal use, they can not be trapped by a sliding seat or in a door of the vehicle. + Do not allow the safety belts of the car seat and the vehicle to be twisted, frayed or torn, latches and locks (buckles) must be always in good order and firmly fixed + Ifyou find uncertainty or defect in the structure, latches, straps or locking mechanisms of the car seat, discontinue usage until removal of the damaged parts and replacement with new ones. + After a violent impact the car seat and belts may be damaged. therefore, it is recommended to replace the car seat with new one. + Never use a second hand child restraint. it may have suffered structural damage, which may make the child restraint extremely dangerous. + Do not use this car seat without its seat cover and do not replace it with a new one, unless supplied by the manufacturer. The fabric parts are integral parts of the restraint system and its safety features! + Always make sure that you are not carrying any unsecured objects, especially on the back shelf, which, in case of an accident, may injure the car's occupants. + Do not put additional pads except the ones supplied from the manufacturer! Placing additional pads may obscure the safety of your child + Do not use spare parts and other components not supplied by the manufacturer. The manufac- turer assumes no responsibility for safety in the event that are used spare parts other than original. Itis recommended to cover the car seat ifthe vehicle is parked under strong sun shine — extreme sun exposure will make the plastic to deteriorate and the fabric to fade, Please, check that the child restraint has not become too hot before placing your child seat The child car seat does not replace the child's cot or bed, When a child needs a sleep, you have to place him in a suitable baby stroller, baby crib or bed. Do not attach objects with long cords or strings on the car seat in order to avoid danger of suffocation! Never place a child seat on beds, couches or similar soft surfaces! Do not allow children to play with the product! Do not remove stickers and warnings — they contain important information! ‘The packaging of the product must be kept out of the reach of children at the time of and after unpacking in order to avoid the risk of strangulation! Child restraint restraint while traveling in a vehicle designed for children weighing from 0 to 36 kg, classified in weight groups: + 0+ (0-13 kg): universal integral and semi universal integral ISOFIX system for securing children. The restraint system is installed in direction opposite to the direction of the Vehicle and the child is “facing backward"; + 1(9-18kg): universal integral and semi universal integral system for securing children. The restraint system in installed in the direction of the vehicle and the child is “facing forward”; . Il (15-25kg): universal non-integral system for securing children. The restraint system is installed in the direction of the vehicle and the child is “facing forward"; + Ill (22-36kg): universal non-integral system for securing children, The restraint system is installed in the direction of the vehicle and the child is “facing forward"; ISOFIX attachments to vehicl The restraint rotates 360° on the base; Top tether; Backrest recline 4 positions ; Head rest height adjustment; Safety hamess height adjustment; 5-point safety harness on the restraint; Additional soft pads; Removable fabric cover. Blue guidance Connector Top tether Metal link Top tether adjuster ISOFIX locking arms ISOFIX button ISOFIX attachment Point > am ISOFIX insert guide IMPORTANT! + Follow exactly the instructions and sequence of installation steps and use of the product described in the text and figures of this manual + Check the security of fixing after each operation! + ALWAYS CHECK THE SECURITY OF FIXING OF THE SAFETY BELTS! 1.— HARNESS BUCKLE. 2- TIGHTENING AND LOOSENING THE HARNESS 3 - ADJUSTING THE HEIGHT OF THE SHOULDER HARNESSES IMPORTANT! The height of the shoulder harnesses can be adjusted in 3 positions to match the height of the child 4— ADJUSTING THE HEAD REST WITH SAFETY BELT INSTALLED IMPORTANT! The head rets must be adjusted so that the shoulder harnesses are at same level as the child's shoulders. Release the safety harnesses. Pull the head rest height adjuster (4-1) and at the same time move the head rest (4-2) until you reach the suitable height of the shoulder harnesses. Fix (click). 5 — ADJUSTING THE RELCINE OF THE BACKREST - in four positions according to the weight group IMPORTANT! Before leaving the child in the restraint system, adjust the backrest recline according to the weight group: Position 1 Position 2 Position 3 Position 4 Group | (9-18 kg) Group | (9-18 kg) Group 1 (2-18 kg) | Group 0+ (0-13 kg) Groups Il and III (15-36 kg) 6 - 360° ROTATION CAUTION! When using the restraint system, try to turn the seat clockwise and counterclockwise to make sure that the seat is fixed in the desired position! 6-1 — Turning the seat; 6-2— Turning the seat at 90°; 6-3 — Turning the seat at 360°. 7- REMOVING THE 5 POINT SAFETY HARNESS OF THE RESTRAINT SYSTEM 8 - INSTALLING THE RESTRAINT SYSTEM ON THE VEHICLE SEAT 8-1 Group 0+ (0-13 kg) — Backward facing using the 3 points vehicle belt and the 5 point safety hamess of the restraint system CAUTION! Place the restraint system so that the child is "FACING BACKWARD"! SECURE THE CHILD WITH THE 5 POINT SAFETY HARNESS OF THE RESTRAINT SYSTEM. CAUTION! Set the restraint system in position 4 of the seat (see point 5 ADJUSTING THE RELCINE OF THE BACKREST) 8-2 Group 0+ (0-13 kg) — Backward facing using ISOFIX system IMPORTANT! After installing the restraint system with the ISOFIX locking arms to the ISOFIX attach- ments of the vehicle seat, in addition to the click sound, the indicator on the ISOFIX button will be in green colour — an indication for the correct fixing of the restraint system. 8-3 - Group | (9-18 kg) — Forward facing using the 3 points vehicle belt and the 5 point safety harness of the restraint system CAUTION! Place the restraint system so that the child is "FACING FORWARD"! SECURE THE CHILD WITH THE 5 POINTS HARNESS OF THE RESTRAINT SYSTEM. 8-4 - Group I (9-18 kg) - Forward facing with the 3 points vehicle belt, the ISOFIX system and the 5 point safety harness of the restraint system CAUTION! IMPORTANT! After connecting the ISOFX locking arms to the ISOFIX attachments of the vehicle seat, along with the click sound, the indicator on the ISOFIX button will be in green colour — an indica- tion for the correct fixing of the restraint system. Notice: Slide the diagonal and lap_ belts (fig.8-3 — 3) between the soft pads of the shoulder pads and the head rest Notice: Attaching the restraint system with the ISOFIX locking arms in Group | is optional. If your vehicle is not equipped with ISFOX attachments, install the restraint system with the 3 points vehicle belt (see point 8-3), 8-5 - Group I III (15-36 kg) — facing "FORWARD" using the 3 points vehicle belt IMPORTANT! When using the restraint system for children with weight between 15 and 36 kg (Group Mand Ill), remove the 5 point safety harness of the restraint system. CAUTION! Place the restraint system so that the child is “FACING FORWARD"! Secure the child using the 3 points vehicle belt. CAUTION! The lap belt must be a close to the child's thighs as possible! 9 — REMOVING THE FABRIC COVER + Remove the 5-points safety hamess (see point 7): + Remove the fabric cover from the back rest and the base: + Adjust the head rest in highest position; + First remove the fabric cover from the base of the head rest, after that from the whole head rest. To put the fabric cover back on, repeat the same steps in reverse order. ARE NOT TWISTED AND ARE IN ‘CORRECT POSITION! + Clean the fabrics, plastic parts and metal parts with damp cotton cloth or sponge and mild soap Upholstery may be hand washed at 300C using mild detergent! Do not bleach! Do not tumble dry! Do not machine wash! Do not iron! Do not use abrasive, bleach or other aggressive detergents. Always after cleaning leave the car seat fully dry and after that use it or store it. Harnesses must be cleaned with damp cloth and mild soap! Do not wet or remove the stickers. They contain important information! ‘Always store your car seat indoors — on dry and clean place. Do not expose to direct environment influence - sun, rain, moisture and high temperature intervals. + Please, contact your authorized dealer for problems connected with the use or repair.
