2. In connection with the above reference, please be informed that this Office
conducted Weekly Police Information and Continuing Education (PICE) to all
personnel regarding Revitalized PNP Kasimbayanan and cardinal rules of safe gun
handling to prevent accidental firing

On September 20, 2023, PEMS Fernando Domingo, Beat Patrol Inspector of

Tuguegarao Component City Police Station, Cagayan Police Provincial Office
conducted Police Information and Continuing Education (PICE) regarding memo’s
from higher headquarters and checking of attendance among personnel deployed
within the area of responsibility. Likewise, to ensure Tamang Bihis was observed
while performing duties and responsibilities. This activity is in line with PGEN
BENJAMIN C ACORDA, JR, Chief, PNP's 5-focused agenda to build a strong and
more effective PNP.

On September 20, 2023, PCPT GUILBERT PAJARILLO, Officer of the Day of

Tuguegarao Component City Police Station, Cagayan Police Provincial Office
conducted Police Information and Continuing Education (PICE) and checking of
attendance among personnel deployed within AOR. Likewise, said personnel ensure
Tamang Bihis was observed while performing duties and reminded them to be extra
vigilant in rendering their duties and responsibilities. This activity is in line with PGEN
BENJAMIN C ACORDA, JR, Chief, PNP's 5-focused agenda to build a strong and
more effective PNP.
On September 17, 2023, PEMS Samuel Melad, Beat Patrol Inspector, Tuguegarao
City Police Station, Cagayan Police Provincial Office conducted PICE and inspection
among personnel of Tuguegarao City Police Station, Cagayan Police Provincial
Office.. This in line with PGEN BENJAMIN C ACORDA, JR, Chief, PNP's
“Serbisyong Nagkakaisa”, the Peace and Order Framework under a “UNIFIED PNP”,
for a better and more effective police force

On September 15, 2023, PEMS Samuel Melad, Beat Patrol Inspector, Tuguegarao
City Police Station, Cagayan Police Provincial Office conducted PICE and inspection
among personnel of Tuguegarao City Police Station, Cagayan Police Provincial
Office.. This in line with PGEN BENJAMIN C ACORDA, JR, Chief, PNP's
“Serbisyong Nagkakaisa”, the Peace and Order Framework under a “UNIFIED PNP”,
for a better and more effective police force
