ACTIVITY PROPOSAL

I. Title : Acquaintance Party 2023

II. Date : September 15, 2023
III. Venue : ECRMNHS Covered Court
IV. Participants : ECRMNHS Students, School Staffs and Personnel
V. Rationale :
After four years of being exposed to modular learning or flexible learning, events in school were canceled.
Students are required to stay at home and follow safety protocols to be safe and protected from the spread of
Covid19 pandemic.
Further, acquaintance party is common different in schools all over the world. Thus, it is a sure way of
building bonds between students, school administration, staff, and school personnel. It also fosters a sense of
belonging, introduces new peers to upperclassmen, gets to know one another through interpersonal
communication facilitated by the events activities, and to be able to foster an environment of strong bonds created
by harmony and collaboration. Thus, acquaintance parties can be graced with a talent hunt (singing contest, dance
contest and search for the most attractive students) which can be a way of identifying and polishing the students’
abilities and key traits. Moreover, such a party is designed for the school’s new students to assist them in adjusting
to their new surroundings.
VI. Objective :
1. To provide students and school workers with a wonderful opportunity to relax for a short period of
time.
2. To foster relationships among students, as well as between students and the school’s faculty and
administration.
3. To foster friendship and rapport.
