We have been informed that Khandaker Md. Mostafijur Rahman, Proprietor of Ms Khandaker Enterprise,
Account Number 377390L0141,80, Gobindagoni, Gaibandha intends to submit you its Tenders to
Executive Engineer, LGED, Gaibandha [hereinafter called "The Tenderer) for execution of works
mentioned in column- 4.

Furthermore, we understand that, according to your conditions, the Tenderer's Financial Capacity i.e.
Liquid Asset must be substantiated by a Letter of Commitment of Bank's Undertaking for Line of Credit.

At the request of, and arrangement witl! the Tenderer, Pubali Bank Limited, Gobindagoni Bianch,
Gobindagonj, Gaibandha do hereby agree and undertake that Khandaker Md. Mostafijur Rahman,
Proprietor of Ms Khandaker Enterprise, Account Number 3173901014180, Gobindagonj, Gaibandha will be
provided by us with a revolving line of credit in case awarded the Contrac! for execution of works
mentioned in the table column- 4 for an amount not less than mentioned in the column-S for the sole
purpose of the execution of the above Contract. This Revolving Line of Credit will be maintained by us until
