1. Barricade work area Contact with: Barricade work area around excavator with highly visible barricades:

2. Set pump into installed well Slips trips and falls Lower pump to bottom of well
Moderate lifting
● Inspect pump and connect hose, function pump before
lowering into well

3. Move hose to frac tank Exertion: Place hose out of the way of equipment traffic
● Back strain ● Utilize caution tape and cones to eliminate a trip hazard

● Pinch points ● Connect cam lock fitting to frac tank and connect hose

● Tape all connections

4. Pump water to frac tank Slips, trips and falls Plug power cord into generator
Equipment movement
● Utilize GFCI receptacle

● Verify water flow and check for leaks

● Monitor water levels
