ORDER

The State Prosecutors filed a Motion to Admit Attached Amended

, Informations for Criminal Case Nos. R-MNL-23-02354-CR, -02356-CR,
-02358-CR to -02361-CR, -02363 to -02378-CR, and R-MNL-23-
02844-CR, amending the Informations in said cases to include the
following accused in Criminal Case Nos. R-MNL-23-02351-CR to R-
MNL-23-02353-CR: JOVEN JAVIER y CALIBJO, JORIC LABRADOR
y GARIDO, JHUDIEL RIVERO y ROJAS a.k.a. "OSMUNDO ROJAS
RIVERO" and BENJIE RODRIGUEZ y BULADOLA a.k.a . "BENGIE
RODRIGUEZ BULADULA", as co-accused pursuant to the Joint
Resolution dated May 25, 2023.

The Court also notes that the Second Amended Information fo r

Criminal Case No. R- MNL-23-02363-CR now reflects the crime charged
as Murder, from the initial charge of Frustrated Murder, in view of the
death of victim FREDELINO E. CAFE, JR. on May 6, 2023.

The State Prosecutors also filed a Joint Motion to Admit Attached

Amended Informations for Criminal Case Nos. R-MNL-23-02351 to -
02353-CR, R-MNL-23-02354, -02356, -02358 to -61-CR, -02363 to -
· 02378-CR, and -02844-CR, amending all I nformations to add or
include the following persons as co-accused:

After a personal evaluation of the Amended Informations

attached, together with the Resolutions and attached documents in
support thereof, the Court finds probable cause for the issuance of a
Warrant of Arrest against accused ARNOLFO TEVES, JR y ALIPIT,
a.k.a. "ARNIE", "BIG BOSS", "BIG BOSS IDOL", "BOSS IDOL",
' "IDOL", "KALBO", ANGELO PALAGTIW y VALIENTE a.k.a.
"ANGELOU", "ANGELO VALIENTE", "GELO", "GELOU", ONE
ALIAS SISTER OF ANGELO PALAGTIW, and CAPT. LLOYD CRUZ
GARCIA II, and the issuance of a Commitment Order against accused
NIGEL ELECTONA a.k.a. "NAJEL", "NAIJEL" who is said to be
detained in Manila City Jail.

WHEREFORE, the Court GRANTS the instant Motions filed by the

State Prosecutors. The Amended Informations for Criminal Case Nos.
R-MNL-23-02351 to -02353-CR, R-MNL-23-02354-CR, -02356-CR, -
02358-CR to -02361-CR, -02363 to -02378-CR, and R-MNL-23-02844-
CR are all ADMITTED.

Let an E-Warrant of Arrest be issued on (1) Arnolfo Teves, Jr Y

Alipit, a.k.a. "Arnie", "Big Boss", "Big Boss Idol", "Boss Idol", "Idol ",
"Kalbo", (2) Angelo Palagtiw y Valiente a.k.a. "Angelou", "Angelo
Valiente", "Gelo", "Gelou", (3) One Alias "Sister of Angelo Palagtiw",
"Gie Ann", "Jie An", and (4) Capt. Lloyd Cruz Garcia II.

Likewise, let a Commitment Order be issued on Nigel Electona

a.k.a. "Najel", "Naijel". The court orders the transfer of the said
accused from the custody of the Manila City Jail to the Metro Manila
District Jail (MMDJ)-Annex 2, BJMP Compound, Camp Bagong Diwa,
Bicutan, Taguig City.

In view of these incidents, as well as the appreciation of

additional voluminous documents in these cases, the court resets the
Arraignment and Pre-trial Conference to October 4, 2023,
Wednesday at 1:30 in the afternoon.

The hearing on September 6, 2023 at 1: 30 in the afternoon is

CANCELLED.
