Dear Ms. Samantha,

I am writing this letter to ask for a prompt resolution to the issue of the administrative
staff's income being withheld. The salaries for the workers are already two weeks
overdue. This is a violation of the collective bargaining agreement, which guarantees
on-time salary payment. Since the employees are struggling to meet the requirements
of their families, it is also having an impact on the environment at work.

I have already expressed this worry to your department, but till now there has not been
any response. So, in an effort to get a quicker response, I made the decision to submit a
formal complaint letter.

I know that the company recognizes the importance of its employees and I hope that
our rights will continuously be upheld by the company.

Thank you.

Sincerely,

Sue P. Baraquil
